Dear Dr. Nomura,

I suffered with headaches for many years. I woke up every morning with a  severe headache. I had to take 3 to 6 Advil or Aleve tablets every 2-3 hours. Dr. Nomura was the only doctor who explained to me that my headaches were from a bad bite causing me to clench and grind at night. I ground my teeth so hard that at times it used to scare me and wake me up. Ever since I got my bite corrected through a computerized full mouth reconstruction using porcelain crowns, my daughter said she has not heard any grinding coming from my room.
